The base coffee in this Nespresso Gran Lungo is Washed Colombian Arabica. It gives Vertuo Arondio a subtle acidity and a smooth cereal note. Rounding it off is just a touch of an exceptional Washed Guatemalan Robusta.
We split roast this Vertuo coffee pod. The Colombian Arabica gets a light yet long roast – it keeps the hint of acidity there and develops the coffee’s roundness and mild cereal note. The Guatemalan Washed Robusta is dark and long roasted to bring out more of that cereal note. Robusta also gives this Vertuo coffee a fuller coffee crema.
Vertuo Arondio is mild with a rounded, smooth cereal note. A subtle acidity and a deep, gentle intensity makes this a long black coffee with an approachable character.
