The Nespresso system operates on hermetically sealed coffee capsules, guaranteeing that each single-portioned espresso is as fresh as the day it was ground. Nespresso offers 16 Grands Crus Coffees: 9 espresso blends, 3 Pure Origin espressos, and 4 lungo blends, including 3 decaffeinated blends. Each year, Nespresso offers 2 exclusive Limited Edition blends derived from unique origins, and 3 flavored variations during the Our Grands Crus are sold in sleeves of 10 capsules each. Winter holiday season. Our aluminum capsules are entirely recyclable. Nespresso capsules are available exclusively over the phone, online, and mail, and in Nespresso boutique in Sliema. We regulate the distribution of the capsules ourselves so that they are sold in a state of freshness and perfect quality for your enjoyment. The minimum order is 5 sleeves (50 capsules). For online orders and orders via telephone, for packaging reasons, orders should be multiple of 5 sleeves.

Do the Nespresso capsules contain allergens?
None of the Nespresso Grands Crus or Variations contains allergens such as gluten, lactose, or nuts. The 16 Grands Crus contain 100% coffee and are hermetically sealed in order to prevent exposure to air and moisture. Terms such as malt, milk or cocoa refer to the aromatic profile (that naturally occurs in the bean) and do not refer to physical elements within the capsule. Variations are 100% allergen free. They are based on the Grand Cru Livanto and are enriched with natural aromas with no added sugar and preservatives.

What is the Welcome Discovery pack? How can I purchase it?
The Welcome Discovery pack is available for all Nespresso customers. The pack contains 250 capsules of our 16 Grands Crus varieties, offering you the opportunity to sample each of the 16 blends. How do I order capsules?
You may contact us via our toll-free number, to create your Nespresso account and place your first order. You may also create an account online by clicking here. What are the delivery options and exchange?
You can choose between 2 different options: Standard Delivery: the order will be delivered by our Nespresso team to the address of your choice, within 2-3 working days. If you are unavailable, we will try to deliver it a second time the next days. Orders placed under 50 euro a delivery fee of 5 euro will apply
Exchange Policies Nespresso Malta can not exchange any Coffee and Machines after purchase due to hygiene issues.

If your machine is experiencing any technical issues, please call us via our toll-free number +356 80074448 so that a Machine Specialist can troubleshoot the issue and provide you information or technical assistance. Information’s on the Nespresso warranty
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase and it lasts for 2 years. To use the free repair service Nespresso may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to ascertain that date. During the warranty period, Nespresso will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be warranted for only the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater. This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, failure to follow the product instructions, calcium deposits, improper or inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, use for commercial purposes, use on current or voltage other than as marked on the product (boat, camper or countries with different networks), unauthorized product alteration, fire, lightning, flood, or other external causes. Any defect resulting from the use of capsules not manufactured by Nespresso will not be covered under warranty. This warranty is valid only in the country of Malta from where the Machine was purchased in Malta only. Nespresso Machines that contain NON coffee of Nespresso will not be repaired or replaced and automatically the warranty will be terminated.

Do I need to sign in before ordering Nespresso products on this website?
Yes, online registration and sign in are necessary to purchase Nespresso products online. Please note: Before signing in, you can discover and select products, but you will be asked to sign in before adding them to your shopping bag. To sign in, you need to be registered to access the Nespresso website online and have a valid username and password. The personal information you gave when registering will be used by default when ordering products online, but you will have the opportunity to change them during the order process. E.g. delivery address.
