Ice Leggero undergoes a split roast. The first batch of beans is lightly and briefly roasted to bring out the floral notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second batch is medium-roasted to bring balance and roundness to the cup. We then grind the coffees specifically to ensure that Barista Creations Ice Leggero offers delicate, light notes that emerge on the palate when served over ice.
