An espresso that makes an art form of black coffee in playing with the tastes of Arabica from Tolima, Colombia.
We divide this single origin coffee in two batches to use in a split roast. The first split has the majority of the green beans and is roasted to a light profile, while the second split is smaller, but roasted to a darker degree to bring out some intensity, making it a balanced roast overall.
Infiniment Espresso celebrates the pure taste of black coffee. It begins with Colombian Arabicas grown with care in Tolima, a region we are discovering more of. Benefiting from high altitude, volcanic soils, shade trees and the quality preserved by selective hand-picking, Tolima coffees offer so much for the roaster to play with.
